Take the S1 train towards Hamburg-Blankenese and travel 9 stops until you arrive at Berliner Tor station. Change to S21 train towards Hamburg Elbgaustraße, travel two stops and exit at Hamburg Dammtor. Walk for 130 meters to arrive at the hotel. Or take the S1 train towards Hamburg-Blankenese and travel 1 stop until you arrive at the station Ohlsdorf. Change to U1 underground train in the direction of Ohlstedt and exit at the station Stephansplatz. Walk for 450 meters to arrive at the hotel.

Take the fastest route via B433 and arrive at the hotel in approximately 23 minutes. Please access our underground parking via Dammtor Bahnhof. When using a navigation system, simply enter Dag-Hammarskjöld-Platz as the destination address.

On foot
Take the fastest route via Glockengießerwall and Ring 1, walk for 1.6 km and you will arrive at the hotel.
By train
Take either train S21 in the direction of Elbgaustrasse or S31 towards Altona, travel 1 stop and exit at Hamburg Dammtor. From there, the hotel is just 130 meters away.
By car

The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of VISA applicants despite request of Local Authorities.
ATTENTION: VISA application may even require 120 days!
Presenting the required documentation does not necessarily guarantee the issue of the VISA itself.

Invitation Letter
The official invitation letter can be downloaded through your personal page after your registration has been finalized.
The invitation letter will not be legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.

Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities. The badge will admit to the scientific sessions, exhibition area and lunches.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee and upon proof of original registration. Please note that children are not allowed in the Conference area.
Participants will be able to download and print the Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the online evaluation form they will receive by email at the end of the Meeting.
